There is a bug in one of the display settings that causes jumbled graphics.
In most cases this issue only turns up on machines that have a LCD monitor such as a laptop or when using a very high resolution monitor
This should fix your issue...
- Go to Start > Control Panel > Display (or right-click on your Desktop and choose Properties).
- In the "Display Properties" window go to the "Settings" tab and click on "Advanced" button at the bottom of the window.
- It will open a new window and should be on the "General" tab.
- Be sure your "DPI setting" is set to 96dpi and click on ok.
- If you changed it then let the machine reboot or process the change and then follow the rest of these instructions.
If you did not need to change this setting then stop and let us know.- When the machine is ready go back into the Display Properties window and go to the "Appearance" tab.
- At the bottom is an option called "Font size" set this to Large.
- Then click on the "Effects" button and then for the second selection box set it to "ClearType" and turn on "Large Icons".
- When exiting from the Display properties window, the machine may want to reboot, if it does, allow it to do so.

- Right click on your desktop and go to "personalize"
- On the upper-left you will see "Adjust font Size (DPI Scaling)"
- It is probably set to 120dpi and this is fine.
- At the bottom of the window there should be a "Custom DPI" button.
- Click it and in the new window that appears, uncheck the box for: "Use XP style DPI scaling".
– If the "xp dpi scaling" option is grayed out click here for instructions.- You will probably have to reboot.
- When done any jumbled graphics you found in our software and any one else's software should be resolved.

- Right-click your desktop and choose "Personalize".
- On the left, under "See Also", choose "Display".
- On the left again choose "Custom Text Size"
- In this new window, uncheck the box for "Use XP Dpi Scalling"
- Click on "OK" and on the next window click "Apply".
- Windows will then log you off and back on again.
- Try your program and everything should be fine.

For technical reasons we can no longer support software older than 2005 on windows XP or older than 2008 on Vista and later. We do not support versions of windows prior to XP nor DOS.
If you have any technical issues with older software you will be asked to update or upgrade to the appropriate version of our software for the version of windows installed on your machine.
