A chart configuaration in one planet lies between two opposing planets, forming a sextile with one and a trine with the other. Geometrically, the opposition forms the hypotenuse, the sextile the side and the trine the base. Two wedges together in a chart such that they share a hypotenuse form a mystic rectangle. The wedge formation augments the synthetic quality of the sextile with the harmonius sweep of the trine and the trial-by-fire wherewithall of the opposition.
