Acronical, or Acronychal, or Acronycal [Astro*Index]

[Ancient Greek. ἄκρονυξ akronychos, at night's edge (sunset)]

An acronical planet is opposite the Sun; in that position, it will rise after sunset and set before the following sunrise. The planet is in a favorable position for astronomical observation.

Said of the rising after sunset, or the setting before sunrise, of a planet that is in opposition to the Sun, hence in a favorable position for astronomical observation. A. Place. The degree it will occupy when it is in opposition to the Sun.
