When going though the installation of your software it will come time to activate your software.

It is recommended to try Internet Activation first, in most cases you will not need to do anything further and the software will be activated automatically. Order numbers must be entered EXACTLY the same as they appear on the Download-Link email.

If you get an error message such as "This user id has been used another machine." or "Unable to verify this product for activation." This mean you need to use Alternate Activation.

Leave the Customer ID or Order Number in the feild and click "Alternate".

You will then a window similar to this one:

We need the Computer ID (new) or Serial Number Key (old). (The numbers in the yellox box)

Be sure to include the Computer ID and your FULL NAME, Customer ID#, or Order Number so we can find you in our customer database.

When entering your password be sure you are entering the correct password for the program you are activating, that you have not transposed numbers, and that the id number on the password sheet matches the one on the window otherwise the password will not work.
