ScreenStar: A Complete Astrological Clock on Your Desktop
ScreenStar is a complete astrological clock that sits on your desktop, either invisible (until you need it), or tucked away in a corner of your screen, updating you on everything going on in the sky above you. Best of all, it is not filled with jargon and cryptic symbols, but uses only easy-to-read text and Astro*Image cards. Start it up in the morning and let it run all day. It only updates the screen once a minute and uses up very little computer timeless than a second.
ScreenStar provides you with up-to-the-minute astrology, including the current rising sign and degree (ascendant), the Midheaven sign and degree, and much more. The program tracks the Sun, Moon, and Planets, letting you know the minute they rise, culminate overhead, set, or pass under you. Also the sign, degree, and house position of the Moon are provided. The current house positions of the Sun and each planet are shown. And ScreenStar gives you every major aspect, warning you in advance (a bell sound) when that aspect is happening. You can turn an alarm On or Off to advise you when each aspect occurs, showing you the correct Astro*Image and text.
You can choose whether to show just the overhead planet transits for the moment (aspects), the rising and setting of all the bodies, and/or the transits overhead to your natal planets. All are available and you decide which to show or to ignore. ScreenStar brings the power of the heavens to your desktop.
User level: Intermediate. If you already know astrology, this gives you an extra, visually-enhanced way of understanding and interpreting it, an instant hands-on view of what’s happening at all times.
