For a talent with such obvious beauty and star power, Kirsten Dunst is a bit of an ethereal mystery, a sparkle behind a veil that makes you want to see more, understand what’s going on with the mystery. That’s because her Venus and Mars are opposite (not the over-obvious conjunction so typical of Hollywood), which gives her charisma that twinkles more than it shines. With Neptune forming a T-square in between the two, it’s anyone’s guess what’s really happening with the levels of desire and inner activity that’s going on, and it looks like it might be a bit of a puzzle to the actress herself.

That puzzle may lie at the heart of her character, as her Sun and Moon are in square, usually associated with inner parental image conflict (real or imagined), with Jupiter turning it into a T as well, emphasizing her ability to externalize her inner tensions. For someone whose outer image is so calm and clean, there appears to be a lot of struggle going on within which backlights everything she does. Exactly how that manifests is an even greater mystery, since her exact time and thus her Ascendant (her physical self and how it funnels her character) is not known to the public. Whether it’s her youthful roles in Interview with a Vampire and Little Women or later Virgin Suicides or her more recent Wimbledon or Marie Antoinette or coming Blondie (watch out for that one!), there’s an inner darkness that lurks beneath the bright, blonde, and beautiful exterior.

Current events: Although her progressed chart hasn’t been seeing a lot of inner action lately, she’s had Saturn all over her Moon in Leo in the last couple of years, so she’s been feeling the pressure, both personally and professionally.
